כניסה לבית בכיכר דיזנגוף 6, תל אביב עם השקפה לכיכר דיזינגוף החדשה
חצר אחורית של הבנין, כניסה, מדרגות רעועות, שעון מים וצינורות ישנים עם נזילות,
עצים צומחים בין כבלי חשמל, שאלה של זמן מתי יתלקחו חוטי החשמל . כשמיסביב ממש קרוב עומדים כמה בתים ובית מלון סנטר,
מקומת גג, בחדר המדרגות הקירות מתפוררים, למרות שיפוצים[זולים על ידי בעלי הבנין בו הדיירים התחייבו להשתתף בהוצעות]
דירה מתחת נפלה חתיכת אבן מהתיקרה על ראש הדיירת[ יסמין] ופצעה אותה בראשה, בתה מטפלת בנושא
הכניסה לחצר שופצה לפני כמה שנים על ידי הדיירים ונהרסה בידי עיריית תל אביב, שהשכירה מחסן בחצר לשמירת השולחנות, בסתות של שוק הפשפשים לשעבר בכיכר דיזינגוף הישנה, אז כל יום חמישי בסביבות 4- 5 בבוקר היתה לשכנים קבוע השכמה על ידי בנית השוק ופירוקו והריסת הרצפות על ידי עגלות ההובלה, למרות תלונות השכנים בעירית תל אביב, עד היום לא תוקנה החצר ההרוסה. לא נדבר על הרעש וההטרדה שנגרמו לאנשים מבוגרים
בעלי הבנין משכירים את המחסנים לכל דיחפין; בית זונות בחצר, בר מועדון רוסי עם קהל קרימנלי, כל אלה לאחר סבל גדול ותלונות השכנים נסגרו.
לפני יומיים מסתובבים בחצר אנשי מקצוע, בתכנון בנית בית קפה בתוך החצרץ
אז מה יהיה הסוף. האם יש חוקים והגנה לדיירים בעיר הזאת, מבעלי בתים חומדי בצע, האם רצונכם בקהל ברברי ומושחת, או לישמור על האינטלקוטואלים שתמיד סימלו ויצגו את רמת החיים בתל אביב, במצב הקיים מי שנולד וגדל בעיר חייב לעזוב, אנשים עם השכלה, אומנים, אנשי תרבות הם לא טייקונים.
עירית תל אביב, מר חולדאי היקר, למה שלא תעשה ביקור אישי בכיכר דיזינגוף 6, זה רק כמה מטרים מהכיכר שאתה כל כך גאה בה, ומיליונים שוב הושקעו לחידוש והחזרת הכיכר הראשונה שבה גדלנו, לאחר הריסת הכיכר הראשונה, מחוסר כבוד למאיר דיזינגוף ראש העיר הראשון ואשתו צינה. גם אז הלכו מיליונים לאיבוד, אז למה שלא תשקיעו גם מסביב? או לפחות לעודד ולחייב בעלי בתים על שמירת הבתים,? מוכנה לעזור לך בייעוץ.
