Die Jan Arnold Gallery präsentiert Arbeiten des Wiener Künstlers Tobias Lintl.
Der 1975 in München geborene, studierte von 1996 bis 2002 Elektrotechnik
an der TU Berlin, bevor er 2009 in der Meisterklasse Daniel Richter an der Akademie der Bildenden Künste Wien mit Auszeichnung absolviert. Tobias Lintl ist seit 1997 als “Binär” ein Faktotum der elektronischen Musikszene Wiens und Berlins. Die aktuelle Ausstellung aus der Serie “Rapid Eye Movement” thematisiert schnelle Augenbewegung in der Tiefschlafphase, Licht und Strahlung.
Jan Arnold Gallery presents works by the Viennese artist Tobias Lintl. Born in Munich in 1975, he studied electrical engineering at the Technische Universität Berlin from 1996 to 2002, whilst graduating with distinction in 2009 from the University of Fine Arts in Vienna at the class of Daniel Richter. Since 1997, he unnerves Vienna’s and Berlin’s electronic music scene as ‘Binary’ with shattering live acts. His topical exhibition “Rapid Eye Movement” observes the human eye when the rest of the body is either in a state of deep-sleep or exposed to sensations of light and radiation.
