The tenth edition of DRAWING NOW PARIS | LE SALON DU DESSIN CONTEMPORAIN will be held, from Wednesday, March 30th to Sunday, April 3rd, 2016, at the Carreau du Temple, in the heart of Paris. The event will feature 74 international galleries selected by an independent committee of leading figures within the art world.

Both the upper and lower levels of the Carreau du Temple venue, will provide visitors with a full introduction to the diversity of 50 years of contemporary drawing.

This 10th edition will represent the construction of a cultural bridge between France and Germany. It will emphasize a focus on German traditions in the graphic arts and the particular vigor of its institutions, with a pointed interest in current drawings and prints cabinets of prominent German cities.

Over the course of five days, collectors, professionals, and art enthusiasts alike are invited to experience the contemporary art scene through drawings by over 400 artists.

The International Symposium of Contemporary Drawing supported by the Culture and Communication Minister.
 
The auditorium of the Carreau du Temple will welcome 2 days of international conferences around contemporary drawing.
These conferences will be the place to listen to researchers workers, curators, collectors, artists, and schools art directors…
